Denise Michelle was certified in RTT Hypnotherapy (Rapid Transformational Therapy) in 2018. RTT is an incredibly effective hypnotherapy approach that was evolved over 3 decades by her mentor, Marisa Peer, best-selling Author, Motivational Speaker and Leading Celebrity Therapist & Pioneering Hypnotherapist Trainer. Since studying and implementing RTT to her methods, Denise Michelle created HypnoHealing®. A deeper approach to subconscious healing work. She uses a blend of the healing arts utilizing practices in yoga, meditation, bodywork, energy healing, neuroscience, quantum healing, RTT hypnotherapy, DBT, EFT, NLP, transformational life coaching and personality coding. She is equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, inner child and break generational cycles, but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blockages may be there as she accesses multiple dimensions of your being. Central to that is the ability to transform many clients in a single session and even more powerfully over the entire 5 week process.
She has worked with countless soulful leaders, entrepreneurs, coaches, influencers and who are looking to uplevel their performance, shift mindset, lead from the heart and create more freedom and joy in their lives.
How does it work?
Deep Dive Session is based on my taking you through a meditative state so we can meet your healed Self. With the information gathered, I am able to piece together your transformation, which will occur in the following week’s HypnoHealing session.
HypnoHealing Session is your healing session. Expect to be under hypnosis for 2-3 hours where we uncover the root cause to the issue we are healing through your subconscious mind. Most often we will also be doing inner child healing, cord cutting, forgiveness work and somatic release therapy within your session. I like to describe this as spiritual surgery.
Integration Coaching Session is post your HypnoHealing session. We will look at any where there gaps that are occurring and I will give you tools to help you begin closing the gaps.
Empowerment Coaching Sessions are coaching sessions based on a workbook I give you which creates a blue print for your vision based on your 4 quadrants of life. We will honor these coaching sessions to help you take aligned action toward your goals.
Additionally, you will be given laser coaching, tools and resources to support your experience.

Yes. RTT/Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and relaxed into a deeper level of yourself and you are in charge.
No. That’s a myth. You have complete control the entire time. You are talking and dialoguing with me throughout the session.
It feels different for different people. Mostly it is a feeling of deep relaxation and ease. For some, it’s a sleepy, floating sensation.
Yes, because you will be awake.
No, you will remain in full control over your experience and behavior. If I ever suggest something that does not fully resonate, you will be able to voice it even more powerfully because under hypnosis, you have more control, clarity, and power available to you.
It depends, sometimes there are deeper issues that need to be addressed over a period of time however, this method with your transformational recording and change in habits is effective to create an impact toward permanent change.
