When I met Denise during our coaching training, there was something about her I couldn’t quite put my finger on. Over time, during trainings, other events and on social media, I got to know Denise a bit more and realized what the ‘thing’ about her was! It was -and is- her genuine authenticity. A few months ago, I found myself in a ‘wobbly’ place in regard to some very old baggage a part of me had been struggling to release and instinct had me feeling it was blocking things in my life, especially in regard to my business. In divine timing, I received an email from Denise about her ‘Unlock Your Superpowers’ course. It really resonated with me, so I registered for it. What Denise invites one to do (the work!) in the course, is what is needed if you are like I was: Needing to see my own truths about my life so I could take a good look at what I wanted and decide how I wanted to move forward.

For the Unlock Your Superpowers course, we had a taste of a hypnotherapy session. After the six weeks of the course, I opted to take advantage of 1:1 hypnotherapy session with Denise offered, again trusting my instincts that this was my right next step. In an honest nutshell, it was a relaxing, revealing, exhausting session for me. I was surprised at some of what came up and out of that session and had felt kind of funky for a few days afterward, though I was very glad that I made this a priority. I first approached Denise when I realized I had several dreams / goals that I felt like I was inching towards but not sprinting towards. I had issues with focus, vision and prioritization. I’d start towards one goal and then get distracted with another, then pulled towards yet another goal. In addition, I’d allow myself to be put off course by other people’s goals and agendas - or just life’s constant distractions.
